Sarah Russell

Sarah Russell serves as Financial and Operations Principal at CXG, overseeing financial reporting, regulatory filings, and capital compliance for broker-dealer clients.

She is responsible for net capital computation, preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly FOCUS Reports, SSOI filings, Form Custody reporting, and SIPC calculations. Her work ensures compliance with SEC and FINRA financial responsibility rules.

Ms. Russell also manages financial recordkeeping, including reconciliations and data retention processes, supporting the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting systems.

She holds an MBA in Accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Auburn University. She maintains a Series 28 FinOp license.
